This year’s Engaging Communities Conference took place on March 15th at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nottingham. The one-day event brought together engagement workers to develop, learn and network.
We welcomed keynote speakers: Kate Dodsworth from the Regulator for Social Housing, Charlie Norman, Chief Exec. at msv Housing, and Ian Wright from Disruptive Innovators Network.
Our delegates enjoyed engagement workshops on TSMs, Complaints, Scrutiny, Regulation and more throughout the day, which were delivered by a variety of Tpas experts and housing sector professionals.
