Over the last few months we have had a few member enquiries about what Landlords are doing in relation to Tenants and Residents Associations and we thought this would be an interesting area to explore further with our members.
Are Tenants and Residents Associations part of your wider engagement framework, receiving on going help and support, or are they something that operate very much independently, or do you not have them at all?
