Tpas welcomes new board members

We have successfully recruited 3 new members to our Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce that we have recently recruited to our Board of Directors and now have eight highly experienced representatives supporting strategic delivery of the business. We would like to officially welcome our newest members Chris Graham; Lynn Clayton and Simon Martin.

Chris Graham 

Chris has taken up an independent place on the Board. He is a Business Development Manager at Wates Living Space based in the south and brings a wealth of contractor and business development experience with him.

Lynn Clayton

Lynn also joins us as an independent representative having recently stepped down as Managing Director at Gedling Homes. Lynn was previously Head of Housing Services at Gedling Borough Council where she successfully led the Stock Transfer team through to Gedling Homes being created in November 2008. Lynn has worked in the housing sector since 1987, gaining a wealth of experience across all service areas. She holds a BSC in Housing Studies and a Masters in Business Administration.

Simon Martin

Simon joins us a landlord representative. He is Resident Involvement Manager at Paragon Community Housing based in the South. Simon brings a wealth of experience both as a practicing housing professional but has also worked for Tpas in the past as an associate.

They join our existing board members including Tenant representatives Steve Meakin of Aspire Housing who is our Chair and Carole Burchett of Soha. Also Landlord representatives Lisa Pickard, Chief Executive Officer of Leeds and Yorkshire Housing and Caritas Charles, Community Engagement Manager at Alliance Homes. Plus our Independent representative and Vice Chair Alison Inman.
