Guiding Question:

“What does good engagement look like from your seat, and where are the gaps?”

Each speaker offers a short insight from their perspective, followed by a chaired discussion and Q&A.

This session brings together lived experience, organisational leadership and regulatory expectations — setting the tone for a day built on honesty, ambition and shared purpose.

10:45–11:00 — Morning Break

11:00–12:30 — Insight Carousels

Speakers and topics to be announced soon.

Enjoy time to network and recharge before the afternoon sessions.

13:30–14:30 — Lightning Talks: Good Practice Spotlights

Five quick, high-energy talks from housing providers sharing real engagement successes.

Each talk follows a simple, powerful format:

the challenge → the approach → what changed → what others can adopt

Perfect for sparking ideas and showcasing practical solutions.

14:30–15:00 — 1–2–4–All: Sharing Your Own Good Practice

An engaging round table activity giving every delegate the chance to share examples of great engagement happening in their organisation.

Working from individual reflection to small groups and then the whole room, this session surfaces a collective picture of what’s working across the sector right now.

15:00–15:30 — Coffee, Cake & Crowdsourcing

An energising idea-generation sprint to shape the future of engagement.

Guiding Question:

“What bold ideas should shape the future of engagement?”

Delegates submit ideas via Mentimeter, score others’ suggestions, and watch the highest-rated proposals rise to the top, all while enjoying coffee and cake.

This session blends creativity, collaboration and caffeine to produce a set of bold, crowd-generated priorities.

15:30–15:50 — So What? Now What?

A reflective close to the day.

Delegates consider:

•    What stood out

•    Why it matters

•    What they will take forward into their work
