Workshop (10:00–11:00): Get Confident with AI

Heard about Artificial Intelligence but not sure what it really means? This practical, down-to-earth session is for anyone new to AI who wants to understand what it is, how it’s used, and how it can help in everyday life and community work. We’ll cut through the jargon and share simple tools you can try yourself to see how AI can make things easier.

The session will be led by Rajiv Peter, Chief Information Officer at Notting Hill Genesis and an experienced digital transformation leader. With over 20 years’ experience delivering innovative technology and AI projects across public, private, and non-profit sectors, Rajiv brings a real-world, practical view of how AI can be used to make a positive impact.
