Trainer profile

Anna O'Halloran is a long-standing Tpas Associate and Lead Consultant at Collaborative Change. For over 30 years Anna has been involved in social housing. During this time she has workd for three LAs, three HAs including the role of Head of Community Development, Tpas, The Audit Commision, Capital and the Chartered Institute of Housing. She is a motivating speaker and regularly speaks at national and regional events throughout the UK. She is an accredited trainer, a certificated mediator, a CIH mentor and regional board member and has an MSc in housing.
