The new set of Tpas National Engagement Standards are the result of weeks of research, refined over six years and three editions, tested by hundreds of landlords and tenants together. They are available for free across the housing sector.

In this webinar we will take you through the 2021 amendments and show how the subtle changes have been designed to make a big impact.
