New Tpas members

We welcome three new members to the Tpas family
Our newest members who joined us in December 2015 include:
Bolton at Home are a registered charity providing social housing. In March 2011, following a vote of support from tenants, they took over the ownership of the houses formerly owned by Bolton Council and now own and manage more than 18,000 homes in the borough. They were keen to join Tpas to be part of our professional network and to gain access to good practice to inform their existing approach to engagement.
Stoll is a leading Veterans’ charity and Housing Association that has been helping ex-Service personnel since 1916. Stoll provides safe, high quality housing and access to services that enable vulnerable and disabled Veterans in need of support to live fulfilling, independent lives. From the original development of 157 homes in Fulham, West London, Stoll now runs a further three sites in and around West London. They joined TPAS to gain access to advice; training opportunities and good practice information.
Kier Group is a leading property, residential, construction and services group which invests in, builds, maintains and renews places where people work, live and play. They operate across a range of sectors including defence, education, housing, industrials, power, transport and utilities. Kier’s housing teams develop more than 1,100 units of both private and affordable housing schemes every year and use every project as an opportunity to support social, economic and educational objectives. They joined TPAS to attend our member only events and to access good practice information to help them deliver added value through tenant engagement.
