Tpas are collaborating with two expert partner organisations to consult with our members to ensure that the tenant voice and the voice of engagement staff are at the centre of shaping housing policy and practice.

Attracting more investment into the housing sector
Currently, investors ask Housing organisations to demonstrate their Environmental and Social Impact (ESG performance) to distinguish between Housing Associations that are high performing and low performing and use this information to make their financial decisions.
We are partnering with the 'Good Economy' to facilitate a focus group to understand how housing organisations could attract more investment.

Involving tenants in how goods and services are contracted
Procurement is the process of sourcing goods, services and works: from identifying a need for them, to acquiring them and the full life cycle of the contract.
We are partnering with Fusion21 to produce a best practice guide to working with residents to procure goods and services for property, construction and the built environment. By involving residents we believe organisations will be able to procure the right things, in the right way, using the right investment.
