Councils With ALMOs Group (CWAG)

Tpas is working with Councils with ALMOs Group (CWAG) to gather feedback that will inform the good practice report and toolkit. CWAG and the National Federation of ALMOs will be emailing the link to the survey in the next few days, please look out for this and complete before the closing date of the 16 August 2019.
Alice Shepherd House and Oak House ITA: One Housing

Tpas are working as Independent Tenants Adviser (ITA) for the residents of Alice Shepherd House and Oak House on the St. John’s Estate on the Isle of Dogs in East London, to ensure they are fully involved in, and an equal partner to, any proposed regeneration.

Muir Group: Resident Governance

Tpas have been appointed as consultants for the initiative which will help Muir residents have a greater say in how the housing association operates.
Milton Keynes Council: Serpentine Court ITA
Monday 13th of November 2017
Tpas have been appointed as Independent Resident Advisors for Serpentine Court in Milton Keynes through the proposed regeneration.
